Abstract:
The transition to retirement can elicit crisis in the person, so the Education Program to Retirement was developed to assist public servants in this process. The aim of this is paper report the implementation experience of this program. The employed methods were: a literature review, interviews, Scale of Change in Behavior of Retirement Planning and conversation circles. After evaluating the program, it was found changes in the categories of intentions and behaviors.
