Foundations of sustainability for fish farming activity in the semiarid region of Pernambuco

Abstract:

Fish farming stands out as an activity with potential to minimize food insecurity and food, however, displays environmental risks. This study aims to analyze, in a qualitative approach, the activity based on the principles of sustainability, from case study of an excavated tank of fish farms in the semiarid region of Pernambuco, aiming to help to improve the environmental management of production activities, especially in fish farming.
