Abstract:
This paper presents a theoretical proposition about open creativity, defined as the ability to generate and improve ideas through collaboration with external agents. Open creativity is understood as an independent phenomenon and antecedent to innovation. We use the coworking environments as a locus of analysis, where intense exchanges of ideas and social capital take place.
