In June of 1974, the Argentine Ministry of Economy elaborates and he puts in study the Project of Agrarian Law, in order to regulate the use, dominion and possession of the Earth, using the fundament that the Earth should have a social function. The plaintext of the project is published in June of 1974 by the newspaper La Nación; quickly the news acquires relevance and reproduces in the national press, bringing about adverse reactions as much as favorable in different agrarian organizations.The intention of this study is to analyze the argumentative schemes used by La Tierra newspaper of the FAA, to construct a discourse in favor of the project and to use it as tool of fight for the modification of the system of possession of the Earth. The format of weekly information of the newspaper makes possible to settle in an intermediate position between the average daily graphs of traffic and the magazine, which allows him to become a specialized and simultaneously reflective source of intelligence. As methodologic tools are used some propose categories by the Critical Analysis of the Discourse.
