The research aims at measuring the possible environmental and economic benefits generated by renewing the Brazilian autonomous truck fleet. The article focuses on two specific points: the reduction of CO2 emissions and also the diminution of diesel consumption. The Top Down model will be used for calculating the CO2 emissions.
