This article aims to identify, through a linear regression model with fixed effects estimator for panel data, evidence that certain departure airport cheaper from Sao Paulo. The results show that air tickets departing from Congonhas are almost 5% more expensive, however, the situation tends to change as the global financial crisis affected distinctly these two airports. When analyzing the seasonality of the seasons, we have that airline tickets purchased in the summer and winter periods that comprise the high season, they are more expensive than in Guarulhos to Congonhas. Finally, airline tickets purchased in advance have higher discounts than in Guarulhos to Congonhas. Tickets purchased 60 days in advance tickets from Guarulhos mean 41% discount on tickets, while 38% mean in Congonhas.
