Abstract
The present work is a reflection on five significant categories in the theoretical device for Discourse Analysis (language, history, ideology, meaning, subject). The chaining up of such conceptual categories in a singular course of meanings is absolutely necessary so to make possible any kind of analysis within the epistemological frame of Discourse Analysis of the French School.
