Abstract
This essay, linked to the research project Theatrical Discourse in a dialogic perspective: potentialities, urgencies, demands (UFPR/ CNPq), aims to present reflections on theatrical discourse from a dialogical approach - primarily grounded in the writings of Bakhtin and his Circle. So, we question the theatrical discourse and, from this perspective, how to analyze it. Accordingly, we delves into discussions related to a notion of theatrical discourse that simultaneously goes beyond the space of mise-en-scène and the realm of production of the performance, encompassing discursive projects that contain elements of theatricality, whether they are related to the theatrical universe or not.
