TWO SIDES OF THE SAME STORY? TRUMP’S APPROACH TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT

Abstract

The article aims to identify the traits of Donald Trump’s administration policy for the International Criminal Court (ICC). The resumption of a W. Bush´s hostile policy directed at the mechanism is interpreted in the light of previous studies which have diagnosed a consensus between Democratic and Republican governments on a more general strategy of the United States for international criminal justice instruments.
