Abstract
This article analyses some aspects of the singular interpretation of German Expressive Gymnastics (GEA) by Alberto Langlade and Nelly Rey de Langlade. The main source for this analysis is the book written by the authors General Theory of Gymnastics, first published in 1970. The methodology used for the analysis is qualitative-exploratory in nature. The aim was to trace the networks of the meaning of the discourses that cut across the different interpretations of Bode's work by Langlade and Rey de Langlade.
