ABSTRACT
The article assesses how the fight against HIV/Aids has been addressed within the strategic frameworks of the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC) from 1997 to 2021. The findings indicate that the focus on HIV/Aids combat was diminished starting from the IV framework (2009-2011) in favor of other thematic areas and priority action platforms.
