Brazilian economic development cannot depend only on external demand and cannot depend only on the Chinese demand for raw material and products highly based on natural resources. But one should regard that this demand has stimulated economic growth and the improvement of commercial relations. The challenge, thus, is to integrate the Chinese demand and its direct and indirect effects over the national strategy for development.
