Considering the taylorism as the great solution found by the capitalism to intensify the control systems of the work force, what it is intended here is to show that, after almost one hundred years from its diffusion, has been deepened, modernized and transformed to the extent that nowadays it gives the impression that it was surpassed by more efficient models. This study shows examples of contemporar alternatives which demonstrate or simultaneously the perpetuity and the ways of a new dimension of the taylorist system.
