A inserção da racionalidade ético-comunicativa na práxis empresarial: possibilidades e limites

This work discuss the insertion of communicative ethics rationality in the business praxis as a mean to show its existence in the lifeworld, and also its limits and possibilities in the business world system. This communicative ethics praxis assume as necessary the previous existence and/or the creation of a public space free of any type of internal or external coercion, where individuals in interaction may freely express their opinions, sentiments and dissatisfactions, as well as their right to question, to inquire, to agree or disagree, at last to argument so as to establish a true dialogue. This fact assumes relevance once it may contribute to democratization of internal and external social relations.
