Capital humano: a vantagem competitiva

In general, people's potential in the organizations have not been used properly; under a culture of optimization of profits and reduction of costs they have been compelled to a bureaucratic performance without innovation or creativity. A organization needs competent and creative people in order to face the difficulties of actual markets. The workers can become elements of results leverage of inside the organization and can constitute a competitive advantage that represents something else that the organization offers to the market. Furthermore, the workers can make a company different by personalizing it, by making it distinguish of all the other organizations. From the lectures on administrative theories, it can be perceived that the man was presented, generally, in a secondary level and, from this uneasiness, appears the need to rescue the sense of realization of the man at work. The work of the group 'Humanismo e Gestão' could contribute significantly to the improvement of quality and productivity at work and maybe allow a work life more happy and fulfilling.
