Responsabilidade social, voluntariado e comunidade: estratégias convergentes para um ambiente de co-produção do bem público

This article deals with the social role of corporations and the strategic use of social responsibility practice, based on the coproduction of public good, using the Gerdau´s case study. It considers the involvement between profit and non-profit organizations through voluntary work, the new role of public administrators, acting to facilitate and articulate with the society and the community, politically organized and participatory. The article, based on The Social System Delimitation Theory, attempt to demonstrate how it’s possible to converge distinct interests for the accomplishment of common good and interact with different sectors to create a coproduction environment.
