O capital social nas aglomerações produtivas de micro e pequenas empresas: estudo de um arranjo produtivo turístico

The approach of Local Productive Arrangement (LPA) has been considered a new conceptual framework to analyze organizations's arrangements. Traditionally, the focus of this analysis has been on the industry sector.Tourism, as a branch of the service sector has largely been studied superficially. Therefore, this article aims at analyzing the organization of several actors located in the Tourism LPA of the Canoa Quebrada-CE region, by studying the social capital dimensions within the territory. The exploratory-descritive research, which is also qualitative and quantitative in nature, adopted the case study methodology. The study concludes that the functioning dynamics of the organizational configurations within the territory indicated of incipients and less consistents ties among them. The existence of obstacle concerning the level of the actor's trust in the LPA territory, hinders the establishment of more integrated relationships, especially among the actions focused on the tourism, main product of the studied region.
