This article tries to analyze the effect of middle age crisis in the individuals and the organizations. In this direction, we based on interpretation of Carl Gustav Jung about the middle age and the individuation process. In this sense, we analyze the Jung´s concepts related to phenomenon emphasizes the shadow, anima, animus and self archetypes. After, we utilize this concepts and archetypes to evaluate as the middle age crisis dilemmas and the conflict between masculine and feminine dimensions of individuals affects the organizational dynamics.
