This study points out the interface subjectivity and competences in the area of work. Moreover, this study is in search of extending the comprehension about man in this context based on the investigation into conditions of production of discourse competences and on the analysis of production of subjectivity related to this discourse. The analysis of subjectivation engendered in production of discourse occurs from the categories continuous formation and naturalization discourse. This study is qualitative. In the adopted position by researchers were used the cartographic approach as a point of reference and the discourse analysis is used in investigation into conditions of production of discourse. Furthermore this analyze allows us to understand that subjectivity interface and competences can have its limits defined according to the ideas linked to enunciations, the conexions to some pertinent points which follows the discourse and the production of subjectivity itself.
