In a context of growing unemployment and social inequalities, the entrepreneurship becomes an option or even a dream for the brazilian people. This theme represents an alternative for the autonomous work generation and creates a managerial local class. The main objective of this study is to analyze, using life histories narratives, success cases of Ceará entrepreneurs. This article used a qualitative research in three small load companies with head office in Fortaleza city. After the research, it was concluded that, for the context understanding that involves the enterprising companies administration, the entrepreneur's behavior becomes evident, as an idealistic, as a leadership style and as an administration model. The analysis evidenced the importance of the enterprising initiatives as a commitment of systematic innovation for the local economy. This initiatives allows the growing improvement of the life quality and the regional development.
