The exporting consortiums of slate stones, jewels, gems and shoes located in the state of Minas Gerais. The process of consortium formation was studied as an aim, analysing the apprenticeship resulting from this formation of the internationalisation of PME's and verifying the relationship of trust and cooperation between them are the essential elements for the groups success. The exporting consortiums which are inserted into the conception of inter organizational nets, adds collective competences through partnership between enterprises and public institutions making the process in question even more challenging. As a result of this process, the enterprises share ideas, cooperate between each other and exchange information in order that together they can participate in the global market. Notice also that through associated work, the enterprises reached new markets and became more competitive in the domestic market. Concluding that the exporting consortiums are alternatives exactly viable and applicable for the reality of the market where the PME's act.
