Terceirização: uma análise desconstrutivista

Outsourcing is a tool that has been deep applied and is seen as an alternative to the downsizing to adapt the organization to the market changes. With a traditional technicaleconomical vision, outsourcing, apparently, do not has any concern with the aspects related to the working conditions’ quality. The insufficient discussion on the possibility of a substantive vision, concerned about the well-being of the involved parts in the contractual relation, places the outsourcing immersed in a binary and hierarchic dualism that put apart the two sides of a legitimate condition of partnership, where the human dimension is an important aspect. The critical deconstruction was used as an empirical way, in a case study, as form to discover meanings hidden in an outsourcing contract. The conclusion was that, no matter how hard the companies search the partnership concept, the presented result affirms the opposite, showing that the objective is to get some advantage of this relation. The vision of the contract is essentially mercantile.
