The present article seeks to trace a critical line of analysis of the connection ways between alternatives of survival by groups of excluded and the process of accumulation of the capital that excludes them effectively. The objective is to search the evidence that the reconstitution of these alternatives, as a proposal of social and economic development, demands an attempt of identification and rupture of that connections.
