O Schema de ´trabalhador comprometido´e gestão do comprometimento: um estudo entre gestores de uma organização petroquímica

There is an extensive research calendar to accomplish to deepen the understanding of the processes that you/they generate the worker's compromising. The present study had as objective describes the cognitions that structure commit nal group. He/she was organized the content of the reports in cognitive maps that they represent committed worker's schema, articulating the focuses and the more significant compromising bases for each participant. Among other important ideas, that schema includes the involvement notions with the organization, your objectives and expected results, of accomplishment of the work through the dedication, rationalization of the resources and taste for the activity. Strategies participative prevailed in the coordinators' speech, as conditions for the compromising of the teams, to example of: to share the decisions, to hear the people, to maintain personal and frequent contact, to meet daily and to establish a planning of goals and objectives, trying to accomplish him/it. The approach used cognitivist can mean new possibilities of investigation of this important organizational phenomenon.
