Man and the foucaltian post-structuralism: implications for organizational studies

The aim of this article is the problematized Man's concept contained in the post structuralism and your breaking with the Man's traditional vision in the studies of the modernity, demonstrating its implications for the organizational studies. This way, it is approached the fragility and traps in the analytic of the finitude contained in the thought of the modernity and to bring through an analysis of Michel Foucault's thought another form of to understand the Man and analyzing your speech. For so much, we approached what would be man's conception contained in the modernity, comparing it with the Man's perspective in Foucault's thought. Therefore, Foucault does a desanthropomorphism in the analysis of the organizational phenomena and he demonstrates that the work relationships are relationships of power and not just production relationships.
