This article uses the concept of Locals Productives Arrangements, deriving denomination from Industrial Economy and Geographic Economy, when thought as institutional arrangements, subject explored in sciences politics and regional development planning. The objective is to argue the Locals Productives Arrangements as institutional arrangements, originating the term socioproductive arrangements of communitarian base, illustrating with the case of Mondragón Cooperative Complex, considered cooperative economy paradigm. It uses bibliographical research on interorganizacional management under the sociopolitics and socioproductives approaches and exploratory research under the historical experience of Mondragón’s Cooperativism (Vasca Independent Community in Spain).
