The objective of this paper is to discuss the ways School searches for Psychological help, emphasizing children's learning and behavioral problems and the answers psychologists use to do: they frequently analyse the situation through a Clinical Model. The proposition is to invert the approach and to focalize Natural Child and Adolescent Development. Also to include the adults with whom they interact as 'persons in development' to avoid the psychological 'bias' to day-to-day school routine.
