Mapping of the Knowledge Management initiatives available on sites sheltered at Fiocruz Portal. By means of literature review, interviews and questionnaires, there were identified that some small sites at Fiocruz corporate portal have several knowledge management practices, that can be useful for the elaboration of a program of Knowledge Management in the institution. It shows that the implementation of a corporate portal allows a productivity environment, information dissemination, integration of processes, information and people, experience exchange and innovation.
