As a pioneering proposal for social inclusion through work, the Work Management project is presented as a new model of care practice in the mental health field, and it aims to establish the access conditions and the retention of people with mental disorders in the formal labor market. Starting with specific guidelines, this project does not only invest in the expansion of democratic possibilities of social inclusion to users of mental health care, but also opens a new field of work for psychologists.
