The article has the objective of describing the experience of a psychologist who works at a public clinic and is also engaged in multidisciplinary work. I support the idea that he can not stay attached to the office activities and that he should adapt his performance to his institutional client's demand and the other services' demand, preventing any interferences in his ethical practice. Following this line of thought, I present the pros and cons of the psychoanalitical group work.
