A worthless life: prison and political social abandonment

The aim of this study is to contribute for crime and prision critical comprehension, penalty that starts to question the prisional system fundamentals in our society. The Penal Execution Law defends a prisionaltherapeutic which leads to the reeducation and to the resocialization of theprisoner. Insertion through exclusion is a incoherence to be deciphered and maybe overcome. A life that isn't worth - this is the dialogy between the man said to be a criminal and the foreigner of Albert Camus, taken here as a metaphor of the human condition, having as a point of articulation the homo sacer proposed by Giorgio Agamben.
