This paper is resulted from 5 months training on Psycologist of Work II in UFRGS. It was observed only "photos-painter" in Porto Alegre city-RS state, south Brazil. The results show through photos-painter work the production, the marketing and the marketing and the comercial jointed. This way the fhotos-painters is the worker and the boss by himself. As principal motivation to artistic work, the freedom can be way to get it.
