Abstract:
This text has as main objective to make public the academic trajectory of one of the most important researchers in the area of the Brazilian Psychoeducational Assessment: Dr. Acácia Aparecida Angeli dos Santos. She is a Psychologist, Master of Psychology and PhD in School Psychology and Human Development. She worked at the State University of Campinas for almost a decade, but her way and life project have always been at the São Francisco University where she has been working since 1973 and is Full Professor. In this university she was one of the idealizers of the stricto sensu Post-Graduation Program in Psychology (CAPES – 7). She was responsible for the training of dozens of psychologists, masters and doctors. Her career is marked by the social and political militancy. Her generous heart and her scientific spirit inspire us to transform the psychological practice.
