The influence of the social mass media on the professional options: what does it rouse to the professional/vocational orientations in Psychology?

In this paper, we seek to reflect about the implications of the means of social communication to the professional choice issue, considering this a critical point of the person’s constitution. The inclusion of the discussion about the midia’s influence in the professional choice is analyzed here as an alternative for a wider social range at career counseling and vocational guidance.
