Abstract
In Brazil, group dynamics is one of the methods used for psychological assessment when applying for a driving license. The present paper reports a professional experience in which a group dynamics technic was used to explain the application process for the Brazilian Driver’s License, as well to clarify the active role that citizens play in providing a more conscious and safe traffic system. It is estimated that this paper has the potential to encourage new publications that deal with the use of group dynamics, a practice inserted in the evaluation process of applicants and drivers that should be always focused on ethical values and on human rights respect.
