The inclusion of adolescents of lower classes in the job market through an ONG

This article analyzes the inclusion of 16 to 17-year-old adolescents in the work market by a non-governmental organization. It also discusses the kind of relationship they have with their families, work and school. The sample consisted of ten adolescents from low income class families living in Sertãozinho-SP. The subjects were 5 male and 5 female attending a public secondary school. Data were collected through interviews with the adolescents and their analysis evaluated the importance of the non-governmental organization in their professional education, school attendance and as a mediator in the defense of their rights as workers and citizens.
