Life and résistance: can training teachers be production of subjectivity?

This article discuss the teachers training linking it with the notions of life and résistance. It proposes an analysis that crosses these three notions: training, life and résistance. This analysis happens through studies of production of subjectivity under the perspective of Michel Foucault, problematizing that in the border of the existence constitution, inside the indeterminacy area that emerges from it, it is possible to deal with the subject of training as production of subjectivity. It uses, as well, the notions of limit experience of Maurice Blanchot to reassure that teachers training is to produce subjectivities. With this agency among training, life and résistance the idea is to think possibilities of work conditions to teachers that have been judicialized and trapped in supposedly competent trainings to deal with the contemporary and its aspects that, increasingly, invest in a pret -à-porter life in order to maintain the pedagogical practises. Against this view, the article proposes agencies to train and deform, owning the risks and asserting unindividualizing and more collective ways, therefore, allowing the expression of an inventive teachers training.
