Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative, progressive and irreversible disorder of insidious onset. Considering that the Alzheimer's carrier loses, with the evolution of the disease, his autonomy and needs a caregiver to devote him full attention, this study aimed to understand how is the reconfiguration of the field of family-caregiver who is responsible for Alzheimer's carrier So, we carried out a qualitative study, based on the phenomenological perspective and field theory, using the theoretical foundation of Gestalt approach and the method of Amedeo Giorgi. The study was carried out with three-family caregivers of Alzheimer's patients, diagnosed for more than six months. Four categories were met that describe the fild of caregivers' reconfiguration: taking responsibility in caring, family changes, social support network and coping strategies. It was concluded that the process of reconfiguration of the field of family-caregiver is long and goes through various restructuring and structural dynamics.
