We offer the concept of cynical rationality as a reading operator for these challenges Authors such as Žižek, 1989; Sloterdijk, (2003); Safatle, ( 2008), are important as they deal with a new way of ideological functioning in late capitalism. This , we argue is characterized by a resigned justification of reality, not only by mechanisms of alienation in relation with the historically directed critical thought . We draw a conclusion that it is necessary to keep a discussion about the traps that favor the permanence critique of ideological discourse and a critical attitude in school psychology, paying attention to its problems to its specific time and place.
