Psychological help to a teacher in getting over the "professional burnout syndrome"

The article is devoted to the problems connected with specific changes of teachers' professional traits (considering the peculiarities of their work) from the point of view of the "professional burnout syndrome". The author describes the causes, the stages, the consequences of the burnout, and offers various preventive and rehabilitation measures to be taken in order to provide timely help to the teachers who are "burning out". The author argues that these measures should be aimed at activating the inner resources of a person and enhancing the conditions of their work.
