Teacher's job anguish

This study analyses the diary records of a kindergarten teacher. Extracts of the text make reference to the anguish of teaching. They were pointed out and classified as problems in Freud‘s perspective. The analyses made, showed the importance of the class diary for the comprehension of the teacher‘s work, the pedagogical formation and the university research. Some contributions of the psychoanalysis for a better understanding of the pedagogical actuation and for the teachers‘ formation.
