Abstract
This study discusses a supposed dichotomy between health management and health attention in the context of the Brazilian Health System, to explore how institutional support technology can interfere in this relationship. With this goal a cartographic research work was carried out, to explored the narratives, reflections and field diaries that emerged from the researcher’s experience in the Basic Health Care. Inspired by Guattari’s proposition of a ‘minor literature’, it defends the demystification of health management, featuring institutional support as a technology that may contribute to the production of a management.
