This paper reflects on sexual practices and social representations of Aids serodiscordant couples. In conjugal situation there is the suspension of "safe sex" and a process of routine of intimacy. The method adopted was in-deep interviews with men and women involved in stable conjugal relationships. The analysis describes male and female sexual scripts so as the social representations related to them. The paper show that prevention messages many times have normative speech, very distant of the daily realities lived by the subjects.
