This paper expiares the technological innovation management in a Brazilian technological research center (CEPEL) in electric energy, referred to the electronic meter technologies to hill electric energy. The data are based on a case study including the analysis of all the technological projects developed in a time period of 18 years (1980-1997), using Techno-economic Networks as a conceptual approach to evaluate CEPEL's technological innovation performance.
