The aim of this article is to discourse about the concept of psychosis to Lacan since the evolution of the forclusion mechanism in his school. To Lacan, the theory of psychosis refers the notion of forclusion. The idea of the forclusion of Name of the father, as a movement that is specific to psychosis, is extended to the notion of general forclusion, also noted on neurosis and pervertion
