Mudanças de conteúdo estratégico em pequenas empresas de massas alimentícias

This piece of research tries to identify and analyze the main resources needed to produce strategic content changes in three small businesses in the pasta sector. Its main research question deals with the relationship of resources and competitive advantage. The data have been collected by means of half-structuralized interviews, as well as notations of field, comment not participant and information gotten by secondary data. Two of the firms are located in the Curitiba metropolitan area and one is from a small city of Paraná State. Managers from the upper and medium hierarchical levels were interviewed. Content analysis and triangulation technique were used to analysis the resources. The main resources identified were the strategic architecture and reputation.
