Qualidade total: uma nova era para os supermercados

The author presents a study, based on his Ph.D. thesis, about total quality management at supermarkets. He analyzes a scenery of growing competitiveness, where consumers are more demanding, inducing supermarkets managers to search for more quality, efficiency and productivity.
