The present work had the aim of making a survey of the recent Brazilian academic literature about organizational values, published in business and psychology journals. As such, all articles in eight of the main Brazilian Psychology journals and nine of the main Brazilian Business journals were examined and all of them that were related to the topic of organizational values were selected. These articles were further classified and analyzed according to different indicators. In conclusion, the gaps in the research in the area are discussed, as well as suggestions for future research that can contribute for the development of the theoretical and empirical knowledge about organizational values in our country.
