Unusual manifestation of colorrectal cancer: a case report

The colorectal cancer is a very frequent tumor and it is responsible for a high mortality. The main histological type found is the adenocarcinoma. Usually attacks rectum and sigmoid and the most common symptoms results from the bowels habit disturb. It is very uncommon to initiate with a fistula diagnosed between bowel and bladder. This case is about a 44-year-old man that had a fistula rectourinary and this toke to the diagnosis of a colorectal adenocarcinoma. The objective of this study is to report an uncommon manifestation of this type of neoplasm that showed up with an unusual complication in the moment of the diagnosis. Besides it is a revision of the Medical literature about this subject.
