Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate, according to the perceptions of the elderly, how the practice of physical activity in the Community Meeting Points (CMPs) of the Distrito Federal provides changes in the states of humor, socialization and quality of life of the elderly from 60 years. This quantitative, transversal and descriptive study was carried out with 119 elderly people, with sociodemographic, mood measures and referring to physical activities, socialization process and quality of life, concluding that in this sample there was a predominance of males (51,3%), marrieds (61,3%), with an increase in perceptions regarding quality of life measures and low index in anxiogenic (86%) and absence of depression (74,8%).
